To initiate a claim for damaged items, customers must provide the following:
- Clear and detailed images of the damaged product.
- A brief written description of the damage.
- An unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the package upon receipt.
Claims without the required documentation may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
We are committed to collaborating with you to find the best possible solution. In cases of lost packages or items arriving damaged, we will issue a 100% refund or the maximum amount recoverable from the insurance company.
Please be aware that all purchases are considered final. We encourage you to thoroughly check the detailed photos and videos before making a purchase.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wildflowerpottery.shop@gmail.com with details and images of the issue.
- Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Exception: If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, Wildflower Pottery will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Custom and Personalized Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. Custom or personalized orders may take additional time

For shipments within Southeast Asia, you can typically expect delivery within 3 to 6 working days. Shipments to the rest of the world are estimated to take approximately 6 - 14 working days. Wildflower Pottery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
